DO YOUR ARTWORKS COME FRAMED?
Original artworks come in a Tasmanian Oak float frame which is 30cm deep - see examples below. The framing does not contain glass. Please allow 7-10 days if a custom frame needs to be made – I will inform you if this is the case.​ I package and ship artworks from Sydney, within two weeks of ordering. ​

ARE THE ONLINE IMAGES TRUE TO COLOUR?
Every care is taken to photograph the artworks as true to colour as possible. Variations in screen resolutions mean that the artwork and online images may vary, and as such, this is not considered a fault or reason for return.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
I use Australia Post domestic shipping Australia wide with tracking.
Flat rate $40 Australia wide for a single artwork. If multiple artworks are ordered, I will provide a cost before shipping.
Please allow up to 7 business days for statewide delivery and up to 7-10 days for inter-state deliveries. Public holidays may affect delivery times.

All packages are sent via regular Australia Post with tracking. I will provide you with the tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your order, and collecting it from the post office. Failure to collect will have the parcel returned to me and any re-postage costs will need to be covered by you.

HOW ABOUT COPYRIGHT?
The buyer must not reproduce the artwork/s in any form without written permission. I retain ownership of all rights to artwork I create. I retain the right to use any of my artworks sold or unsold, for my own publicity.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Sorry, but I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if you receive goods that are damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of the item/s, attaching a photo of the damage to the goods, including the packaging, plus your name, order number and contact details. I will then be in contact within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or a solution that is agreeable to both parties. Please allow up to 10 working days for this.
